1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Media

I worked with a design strategy team to create media and automotive (transportation) solutions for specific target demographics. Summary of product innovations are listed here:

Tempo

In the world of EDM music, amateur DJs are rarely discovered, due to the several factors including promotion and marketing, an overcrowded supply of EDM genre music etc.

Tempo is a mobile platform that allows any specific genre of music listeners to discover new/amateur artists by consuming time-bound content and promoting their favorite artists through a ranking system based on listening duration.

Troüpe

The disruption in travel modalities has created near personalised options for commuters. From e-bikes to ridesharing and carpooling, the industry is being redefined. However, while most solutions solves for travel modality, the downtime associated with commuter travel is still unresolved.

Troüpe is an AI mobility platform that converts travel downtime into “uptime” by creating meaningful people-to-people and people-to-content connections. Download app here

A. Productised Consulting Offerings

Evolved an existing boutique consulting practice into a productised consulting services company. Providing custom consulting services to enterprise clients across the world.

  • Idea Management and Innovation Crowdsourcing

Created a go-to-market, pricing and market positioning strategy

B. Go-To-Market Strategy For Tech. Platform Startups

Working with entrepreneurs in a startup accelerator to develop go-to-market strategies for their breakthrough products - mostly platform solutions. Evaluating platform participants, value units and filters as well as positive and negative network effects.

 

3. Program / Operations Management

FinTech Solutions Development

Managed the co-creation of products with FinTech startups with the largest Financial Services organizations in the MENA region. Developed products focused on retail customer experiences. Facilitating exploration of prototypes and POCs with over 250 startups from 35 countries.

4. CORPORATE INNOVATION & CORPORATE VENTURE SERVICES

Innovation Process Design

A. Corporate Venture Studios

Designed and executed a Venture Studios innovation program aimed at co-creating disruptive solutions with startups and enterprises in Media, Automotive and Financial Services. Learn more here

B. Corporate Innovation

Working with stakeholders within a multinational retail group to develop an innovation strategy and deploy a group-wide implementation plan.

Areas of focus included:

  • Creating the innovation framework

  • Program deployment phases

  • Assessing the group based on an innovation maturity matrix

  • Creating the innovation capabilities graph for measuring impact

  • Designing the innovation governance model

  • Setting up the innovation program office
